Johnson Controls has announced the acquisition of systems integrator Vindex Systems. The acquisition will further strengthen Johnson Controls’ range of electronic security solutions.
Delivering turnkey security solutions, including system planning and design through to implementation, installation, support and maintenance, Vindex Systems delivers access control, CCTV and ANPR to a range of UK customers across the banking, retail, healthcare, aerospace and commercial property sectors.
