Ranger Fire and Security has announced its acquisition of Cork-based B-Safe Group, which offers fire extinguisher service and supply, as well as a range of fire services, including health and safety training and fire consultancy.
By joining Ranger, B-Safe Group will have access to the expertise of the other companies on the team, opening up the chance to cross-sell to existing and new customers across the Ranger Group and leveraging Ranger’s technology platform.
B-Safe Group will continue to be led by its three experienced industry operators, managing director Damien Byrne, director of portables, fire alarm and emergency lighting, Jason O’Brien and director of operations and suppression, Aiden Bolster. All will remain with the business to help drive strategy and growth.

B-Safe Group’s introduction into the Ranger team marks the eleventh acquisition by the company since its launch in early 2024 and the company’s fourth acquisition this year. B-Safe Group will be the third Ireland-based company added to the business alongside Aqua Fire Prevention and KSS Fire Suppression.
