3xLogic has announced the availability of its Vigil Cloud system across Europe. Originally launched in the U.S. in 2020, Vigil Cloud extends the scope of 3xLogic’s Vigil Video Management System into the cloud.
“Cloud processing and storage offer significant financial savings by enabling more cost-effective scaling, alongside a vast reduction in hardware maintenance and management costs,” said Alex Buckle, UK business development manager, 3xLogic. “The availability of Vigil Cloud throughout Europe will change the way video is managed across the continent, while offering a secure platform for today and far into the future.”
Recent enhancements to Vigil Cloud include:
5MP Resolution Support – When on-boarding a camera, dealers can now offer their customers 5MP resolution (Super HQ) support to its retention options, this is in addition to the 2MP (HQ) support already available.
180/365 Day Retention Options – Additional retention options for 2MP and 5MP resolutions are now available. Dealers will now have 180 or 365 day retention options per camera. As always, dealers can mix/match retention options based on the critical needs of the customers.
Case Management on Mobile App – The Case Management feature has been extended from its web application to an easy-to-use mobile app. Customers can utilise case management features.
