Carl Andrews has joined the Astra Security team in his new role as Operations Administrator. He has spent the last few weeks getting up to speed on the business, clients, and company ethos, as well as processes and procedures. The new role will be focused heavily on customer service.
Having spent the last ten years in Administrative duties as a Contractor Carl has worked for HMPS, HSBC, S.M. Andrews and Bromford.
Carl said, “I’m really excited to be joining the team, and looking forward to getting to know the business better and use my vast experience to add value. My focus will be on customer service and support my team to manage workload and offer assistance when needed.”
Sarah Steer, General Manager at Astra Security said, “It’s really great to have Carl join our team. His energy, motivation and ‘can do’ approach is infectious. He is going to be a great addition to the team. We are all looking forward to working alongside him and wish him luck in the new role.”
