The Ultion Nuki 2025 smart lock, which incorporates the Ultion 3 Star PLUS core, has been launched. Easy to use and install, the Ultion 3 Star PLUS offers anti-pick, anti-bump and anti-drill protection.
Featuring a molybdenum core that forms its independent central cylinder shield, 25% denser than iron, this metal is not only extremely ductile and resistant to corrosion and has one of the highest melting points of all pure elements. The system also features thicker keys that are more resistant to snapping and bending.
The Ultion Nuki 2025 has a streamlined design, enabling users to customise the external handle with seven colours and a range of fixing sizes. Meanwhile the internal handle is available in black, white or chrome colourway.
Built-in Wi-Fi allows direct connection to the home network meaning that the lock can be accessed from anywhere using a smartphone. One customisable option of Ultion Nuki is that it can unlock the door when it senses the user is close to it and locks it again after a few seconds. Alternatively, the Ultion Nuki 2025 can still be operated with a key or the user can upgrade to the Ultion key fob or wireless keypad options or connect it to a smartphone – or use all three.
The Ultion Nuki 2025 fits existing doors with handle fixings of 215mm, 211mm, 122mm and doors with an escutcheon lock and can reportedly be installed in less than four minutes. There is no drilling or wiring required.
