Multi-brand distributor DVS has been making changes to its Technical Support Team.
The company has introduced a new returns coordinator, John Vine to replace Ashley Howe in the Returns Department as Ashley moves to join the Technical Support Team. DVS also promoted Angelo Febbo as Technical Team Leader to oversee the recent changes.
Technical Manager, Dave Davies said: “With Ashley joining the team, we will be dealing with enquiries far more effectively and efficiently than ever before. As our client base expands we are eager to preserve our customer satisfaction. Although we have been excelling expectations in recent years, these changes have been made in advance of our projected growth to ensure continued success.”
