Redvision moves into larger premises

by Andy Clutton

Revision movesRedvision CCTV has relocated to larger premises in Blacknest, Nr Farnham in Surrey to accommodate growth. The new facility provides improved capacity for the new X-Series range of rugged IP HD PTZ cameras and Redcop mobile CCTV Towers.

Glenn Waterfall, sales director comments: “The new offices and manufacturing facility will help us underpin the still very strong analogue market whilst provide us with a solid platform to further develop and sell our IP offering in the UK and overseas markets. Redcop rapid deployment CCTV towers are now starting to gain traction in the rental market and being able to accommodate both operations under one roof is extremely beneficial”.

A planned demonstration suite will accommodate multiple VMS platforms to showcase the X-Series IP camera capability. Redvision’s recently appointed IT/IP network specialist, Ray Butcher comments, “The new Demonstration Suite not only gives us a professional interface capability to demonstrate  our IP products working on actual VMS platforms – but also enables us to provide our customers with a first tier technical support service.

“Whilst Redvision’s IP camera is ONVIF S profile conformant a degree of support and understanding of integration issues is sometimes required in certain situations, so having an in-house multiple VMS platform capability is extremely valuable.”
