Norbain launches analogue CCTV range

by Andy Clutton

Norbain has launched an analogue range for its own brand, Vista CCTV. The VA series of analogue CCTV cameras and DVRs brings to the security solutions marketplace an alternative to IP video surveillance solutions.

Buzz Coates, Norbain’s Product Specialist, said: “There’s still plenty of demand for analogue systems for a number of reasons – they can offer our customers noteworthy cost savings if they are able to reuse existing cabling and CCTV equipment. Add to this the prospect of a potentially more straightforward installation with no live video time lag once the system is in place and you get a good idea of why we have introduced a new range in this space”.

The cameras come in a variety of housing and lens options – dome, bullet, turret, box or PTZ. Available in 2 or 5MP, all have motorised varifocal lens, smart IR illumination and AHD/TVI/CVI/CVBS Video Support.

Accompanying these are 4,8 or 16 channel true hybrid NDAA compliant DVRs, which include Vista’s video management and remote software, Vizion VMS.
