Johnson Controls announces latest acquisition

Johnson Controls has announced the acquisition of CDS Integrated Security Systems and Gem Security Services. The acquisition will further strengthen Johnson Controls’ range of interconnected electronic security solutions designed to protect people, property and assets. 

Grant Avery, General Manager, at Johnson Controls UK&I commented: “We are excited to welcome CDS Integrated Security Systems and Gem Security Services to the Johnson Controls family.
