It has been announced that an agreement has been reached for Inner Range to be acquired by Anixter. The agreement is expected to be finalised before the end of June 2018. Anixter is a Fortune 500 global leader in distribution with revenues in excess of US$7.9 Billion and currently employs approximately 9000 staff.
Tim Northwood, General Manager of Inner Range Europe, reported: “For Inner Range Europe customers it will be business as usual. Inner Range will continue to invest in research and development and produce world leading products, and our European office will operate in the same manner it did prior to the acquisition. The management and staff at Inner Range Europe will all stay on-board as the company moves to this exciting next stage of its development.”
