Fire and life safety systems contract awarded

Atalian Servest has won a contract with the University of Edinburgh to maintain its fire alarm and associated life safety systems. The three-year contract is worth a base cost of £250,000 per annum.

Atalian Servest will service over 250 buildings within the City of Edinburgh, some of which are Grade A listed. Premises include lecture theatres, libraries, seminar buildings and student and family accommodation. The contract will include maintenance of disabled person refuge communication systems and remote monitoring telephone line systems, supporting the safety of staff, students and visitors at the university.
