Johnson Controls has announced the acquisition of Envision Intelligent Solutions, a bespoke security solutions business, specialising in technology-enabled remote monitoring and perimeter protection services.
Envision’s security solutions combined with Johnson Controls’ technology strength and OpenBlue solutions – a suite of connected building solutions – provides a combination for future growth and opportunities to enhance many of their existing customer relationships, whilst further modernising and streamlining technology-led estate strategies.
Headquartered in Armagh, Northern Ireland, Envision’s team of security engineers, installers and managers design and deploy security technologies across the UK. Its in-house accredited alarm and remote video response centre will continue to provide around-the-clock customer support.
