Lauren Jones has joined Astra Security as an Operations Administrator and will be supporting the installations team through all areas of administration. Her main focus will be on customer service.
Lauren previously spent seven years within the retail sector, for Lakeland, and worked at two main stores, as well as at a Christmas pop-up.
Lauren said: “I’m really excited to be joining the team, and looking forward to having a change of career, working with a dedicated team and multiple projects. My previous experience can offer valuable insight into how stores operate when engineers visit and tracking stock movement between stores and suppliers.”
“In the short time Lauren has been here, she is already proving to be an asset to the install team,” commented Sarah Luke, fellow team member.
