Amthal has completed its acquisition of majority shares in Integrated Protection Maintenance Services (IPMSL) a Midlands based provider of fire safety and security solutions.
The shares have been acquired by Amthal as part of a combined growth initiative, presented to ensure the joint venture, fire safety and security specialist can offer solutions across a greater coverage of the UK.
With over 20 years combined experience, IPMSL has a significant presence in the Midlands, offering bespoke commercial fire safety and security systems to facility manager and block management companies looking for compliant design, installation, maintenance and monitoring services.
Jamie Allam, CEO at Amthal says that the new partnership will integrate the specialist combined services of both companies to offer services to more customers across the UK: “The joining of IPMSL to Amthal along with the service portfolio will contribute significantly to our future scaling of the combined business.”
