Vanderbilt achieves quality certification

b8ed87e100500ab8_800x800arVanderbilt has achieved the ISO 9001 certification as part of the company’s on-going efforts to make its processes as agile as possible.

Since it was first published in 1987, ISO 9001 has become an established quality management framework and is currently used by over a million companies. The standard is based on a number of principles including a company’s “commitment to excellence” and a willingness to work towards continually improving efficiency.

The company believes that having ISO 9001 certification will improve customer loyalty, leading to repeat business and also help it gain market share.

Vanderbilt now looks to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, the latest revision of the standard.

Joseph Grillo, the company’s Managing Director, said: “I would like to congratulate the team for all the hard work put into achieving this important standard.”
