Mayflex has appointed a new director of sales – security. Steve Proctor will commence his role on the 1st August and his key responsibilities will be to lead and support both internal and external sales teams, ensuring the continued growth and development of this area of the Mayflex business through taking market share, growing customer numbers and increasing project wins.
Steve comes to Mayflex with a wealth of experience gained in the security industry over the last 40 years. Notable achievements have included the development and management of large sales teams, implementing business growth strategies, development of value add, consultancy led sales and marketing campaigns, and launching installer training and certification programmes.
