Paxton has appointed Clym Brown as Divisional Director of Product Management (Software), bringing years of additional industry experience to the company’s Product Management leadership team.
In his new role at Paxton, Clym will focus on defining the future of Paxton’s software products and digital services. He will also support the development of solutions that deliver additional value for installers and end users, in line with Paxton’s security made simple ethos.

He brings significant industry experience and will play an important role in helping us continue to develop and deliver innovative software solutions that support installers and end users, while maintaining our focus on simplicity and performance.”
Clym is well known in the security industry, having spent 25 years working in senior product, technology and leadership roles at Texecom, where he helped shape product strategy and bring new technologies to market.
Before joining Paxton permanently, he worked as a consultant, supporting software strategy and product development initiatives. The experience allowed him to work closely with teams across the business and gain a deeper understanding of Paxton’s culture and approach to technological innovation.
