ACEDA has taken a step forward in its expansion strategy with the opening of a new Newcastle office and the launch of its dedicated fire division. To drive this next phase of growth and build the company’s service capability across the UK, the company has appointed Chris Pattinson as chief revenue officer.
Chris entered the industry in 2013 when he stepped away from a marketing career to take over the family fire and security business. He grew the company and later led its sale to a national fire and security provider, where he continued in a senior role driving commercial performance across fire and security.
In his new role, Chris will head up sales, business development, and client relationships. His focus is on driving growth, exploring new sectors, and boosting recurring revenue.
Chris said: “With our new Newcastle office, the launch of our Fire Division, and our BAFE accreditation, we’re perfectly positioned to expand our service offering, enter new sectors, and build long-term partnerships with clients. My focus will be on accelerating our growth trajectory and delivering a significant increase in recurring revenue over the coming years.”
The new Newcastle office will act as a base for ACEDA’s North East team, while the Fire Division provides fire detection and alarm services, covering design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance, alongside its existing security, electrical, and network infrastructure work.
