Kings Secure Technologies acquires EFire

Kings Secure Technologies (KST) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire East Fire Extinguishers and Alarms, trading as EFire.

First established in 2011 and headquartered in Norwich with over 50 engineers across the UK, EFire provides a range of consultation, design, installation and maintenance services.

Darren Gamage, Chief Operating Officer of Kings Secure Technologies stated: “I am excited to be able to announce this acquisition. KST’s vision is to lead, transform and innovate in the security, fire, life safety and compliance environments.  Our acquisition of EFire will turn this vision in to a reality; we will move forward at pace self-delivering in all key areas of fire and life safety systems to our national client base.”

Commenting on the acquisition Roger Sparrow, Managing Director of EFire said: “With the backing of KST’s resources and reach, we look forward to delivering a wider range of services to our clients.  We will combine our core strengths with those of the existing companies within the KST group, deepening our industry expertise. We recognised KST as the perfect fit for our business and I am delighted that this acquisition is now complete.”
