Chelsea-Leigh Langford has joined the company as business admin assistant to help with the day-to-day running of the firm, while Declan Room has taken on a digital marketing apprenticeship to promote upcoming products to new and existing customers.
Andy Smith, director of KeyTracker, said: “As a local employer, we see it as a key responsibility to offer the tools and resources to ensure people experience a healthy and happy professional development journey. With so many of our previous apprentices still working for us here at our headquarters in Rowley Regis, we’re confident our latest cohort will also feel welcomed into the business and given the support they need to excel in their respective new roles.”
Chelsea said of her new role: “I’m thoroughly enjoying my apprenticeship with Keytracker, as it has provided me with valuable opportunities to develop my professional skills within a dynamic and supportive workplace. The experience has enabled me to gain practical knowledge, and a deeper understanding of how the business operates, while also enhancing my confidence and ability to take initiative. Overall, my apprenticeship has been an enriching and rewarding experience that is helping me build a strong foundation for my future career.”
