Jess Lutwyche, the new Managing Director of Wessex Fire & Security.
Wessex Fire & Security has appointed Jess Lutwyche as its new Managing Director. The company is part of the Dorset-based Wessex Group that Jess joined more than ten years ago.
Wessex Fire & Security employs almost 100 staff including 55 engineers and works mainly in a 70 mile radius of its Shaftesbury headquarters. The company, which has been trading for more than 30 years, offers various services and products including fire detection and alarms, intruder detection and alarms, access control, CCTV, fire extinguishers, fire training and fire suppression systems.
Jess has held various roles within Wessex Fire and Security, most recently as a service manager. Jess said: “I was obviously delighted to be appointed managing director; it’s a great challenge but also a great opportunity. As I have had various roles within Wessex Fire & Security I already know the staff and understand the ethos and values that set us apart. It is a family owned business and while we have expanded over the years we still put a great deal of emphasis on our local connections and community.”
