Hochiki Europe has celebrated the achievements of its team as employees from across the business were honoured for reaching significant long service milestones. Managing director Shinsuke Kubo presented awards to colleagues marking 5, 10 and 20 years of service, with special recognition given to two employees who achieved 25 years with the organisation, Janet Smith and Paul Adams.
Speaking at the ceremony, managing director Shinsuke Kubo congratulated the recipients and expressed his pride: “Our long-serving employees are the backbone of our organisation. I am incredibly proud of their dedication and am honoured to recognise their achievements today.”
Reflecting on her 25-year milestone, Janet Smith said: “What I love most about this industry is knowing that the products we build genuinely save lives. Hochiki Europe has always supported its people, encouraged growth and fostered teamwork. That is why so many of us stay for so long.”
