Genie extends IP range to cut install time

Genie has extended its Wish IP product range with the launch of a new auto focus bullet camera. Genie’s latest camera comes in the form of the WIP3BVAF, a 3 megapixel auto focus IP vandal resistant bullet camera equipped with a 2.8- 12mm auto focus varifocal lens and a 30-50m IR range.

According to the company, focusing a CCTV camera correctly is the most important task when setting up a video surveillance system and manually focusing a camera can be a very time consuming task, especially when using high resolution mega pixel cameras. The prime benefit of the auto focus feature is to reduce installation time and make the set-up as simple as possible to give the sharpest images for the application.
