Kentec Electronics has appointed Gaurav Arora as general manager, Product Management and Technical Support to strengthen service, support and training.
Managing end-to-end product lifecycles across the Kentec portfolio, Gaurav will lead market-driven product development and will be responsible for the product roadmap. He will direct technical support, customer training and support escalation to turn insights gained in the field into product improvements, added features and new product ideas.
With 20 years’ experience in the fire and security sectors, Gaurav spent a decade leading commercial and domestic fire detection initiatives involving wireless fire detection and the IoT. He has 15 years of product management experience covering portfolio strategy, partner enablement and post market support, as well as five years in customer facing sales and business development roles.
Working out of Kentec’s Dartford headquarters, Gaurav said: “I have always collaborated closely with technical teams and am excited by the close fit at Kentec between technical support and product management.
