Inner Range has welcomed Gareth Vaughan to its technical support team to bolster engineering support for integrators and end-users.
Gareth has more than 20 years’ experience in the security industry and is joining Inner Range in the role of Engineer – Application. Gareth will support customers with technical queries about Inner Range systems and integrations, as well as providing training for integrators and product demonstrations as part of the sales process.
Gareth said: “This is a great step-up for me at an exciting time of growth. I’m looking forward to becoming an expert on the Integriti product range, specifically building my knowledge on large access control systems, and helping customers create exactly the solutions they need.”
Tim Northwood, Director at Inner Range, said: “Gareth’s additional expertise and experience will ensure we can continue to grow sales, confident they are backed up with all the engineering support customers might need.”
Gareth was previously a technical analyst at CSL Group, where he provided similar customer service and technical support.
