ERA has appointed a new Technical Sales Manager. Alan Kent, who has over 10 years’ experience in the architectural ironmongery field, will be working with ERA clients in the south of the UK.He will be sharing product expertise and supporting customers to offer a variety of quality ERA products, from its decorative Fab&Fix range to its smart security solution – TouchKey.
Alan will be on hand with market advice and guidance to identify new sales opportunities for ERA customers, including new ERA products that will strengthen their portfolio.
Alan’s appointment at ERA follows a successful career in management roles with a range of reputable access solutions companies.
Speaking of his new role, Alan says: “Working with a wide product mix keeps things interesting and creates multiple sales and growth opportunities for our customers that I am looking forward to helping them maximise in 2024.”
