Dycon Power Solutions has acquired Ison Products, the engineering and electro-mechanical solutions provider for a range of industries. This acquisition marks a milestone for Dycon Power Solutions as it continues to expand its capabilities and strengthen its market position.
The integration of Ison Products allows Dycon to provide a broader range of services, and has added CNC machines, Manumould machines, and in-house CAD design facilities to Dycon’s existing plastics business. Ison’s Paul Isaacs joins Dycon as technical manager, and heads up the enlarged design department.
Both Dycon and Ison teams are now working to ensure a smooth transition with no disruption to existing services and support. Dycon will continue to offer the same Ison products and services, and both look forward to working together on future products and projects.
