Corps Monitoring has partnered with MS Webb to provide a dedicated Network Operations Centre (NOC). The centre will connect MS Webb’s existing platforms with Corps Monitoring’s Sentinel alarm receiving platform, streamlining operations and enhancing the customer experience by bringing multiple service lines together through a single dedicated desk.
Through the partnership, Corps Monitoring will provide MS Webb with alarm monitoring, out-of-hours call handling, key holding, time and attendance monitoring, and alarm response capabilities. The MS Webb desk will offer 24/7 support with a team of trained security operators, helping reduce false alarms and ensure faster, more reliable responses.
