PSIM provider CNL Software has entered into a technology collaboration with Promise Technology a developer of open storage platforms for video surveillance. The partnership will enable CNL Software to provide an IPSecurityCenter PSIM platform in which Promise’s storage solutions can be used. This creates integration opportunities along with the reliability offered by surveillance-optimised storage solutions.
“We believe in a connected world where security and life safety are not compromised by silos of information that are not able to communicate” said Adlan Hussain, VP Marketing at CNL Software. He continued: “We believe that technology should take the complexity out of decision making by integrating systems, people and processes. That is why we work with Promise Technology. Together we create an agnostic method to connect critical technologies.”
John van den Elzen, General Manager WW Surveillance at Promise Technology said: “When it comes to PSIM implementations, we are aware that assurance and quality are paramount to reduce support needs and ensure availability.”
