David Barnes, Group Managing Director of The Black Box Group
Lancashire-based Black Box Fire & Security and Derbyshire-based Electronic Security Installations have announced that they have joined forces to form The Black Box Group.
The new group will allow both companies to operate across a wider geographical area while retaining their own brands. The Black Box Group will employ over 70 people supporting existing and future clients and will continue to expand the team in the coming months to further support its organic and acquisition driven growth plans.
Managing Director of Black Box Fire & Security, David Barnes, will take on the role of Group Managing Director. David said: “We are delighted to join forces with ESI in a move which will be beneficial for all stakeholders. They were our preferred partner sharing the same values and quality standards that Black Box employees, customers and partners have grown to expect. With our three locations in Lancashire, Durham and now Derbyshire the Group will be even better positioned to deliver excellent services to our increasing UK wide customer base. We look forward to further expanding our geographical footprint in the coming months.”
