Following the recent acquisition of Dycon by CSL DualCom and the subsequent division of Dycon’s existing product lines into two separate businesses, secure communications and power supplies, it has been announced that CSL DualCom’s Board has agreed to divest the power supply business.
From 1st April 2015, a new business, to be known as Dycon Power Solutions will relocate the manufacturing, sales and support functions of the existing Dycon range of switched-mode power supplies to a new facility in South Wales. The company also has development plans for new power products to be launched during 2015.
Dycon Power Solutions Managing Director Tony Allen, supported by Commercial Director, Tony Makosinski, brings a wealth of security industry knowledge to the new company with the aim of making Dycon Power Solutions the industry’s foremost and most innovative supplier of advanced power products.
