Aritech announces digital pyro upgrade

by Andy Clutton

Aritech has announced that its dual motion detector line-up has had two major upgrades to address the challenge of false/unwanted alarm detection.

The first upgrade relates to the hardware, with the products moving from an analogue to a digital pyro. The digital pyro reportedly detects the temperature fluctuations with a high degree of precision, allowing for a reduction of electrical interferences and more accurate detection.

The second breakthrough technology is in the software with the neural algorithm. It is a code that allows the software to learn signals and adapt the response accordingly.

The detectors remain unchanged on the outside; all of the upgrades are on the inside with Aritech claiming that both technologies combined have the mission to improve the signal quality for false alarm immunity.
