Hanwha Techwin Europe has announced that it now supports AMG Systems’ Power over Ethernet (PoE) injectors. PoE injectors offer several benefits for security teams looking to improve energy efficiency and reduce downtime. They eliminate the need for AC/DC power supplies and outlets, with power and data delivered over a standard Ethernet cable and fewer points of failure.
A joint initiative has been established whereby AMG Systems is now developing products for Hanwha Techwin to meet the requirements of several large customers in Europe. The PoE injectors are industrial grade and can withstand conditions from -40°C to +75°C.
The PoE injectors support 100Mb and 1Gb Ethernet speeds, and provide 15W, 30W or 60/90W of PoE from either one or two ports and do not require user configuration.
