You never know when your time is up, but if everything hinges on the slightest of incidents you’d never leave the house. In this CCTV footage, a man is walking along the pavement when he sidesteps a puddle in his way. Thanks to that tiny sideways motion he avoids being struck by a car that, unbeknown to him, is careering his way.
Judging by the man’s reaction once the car has crashed, he quickly realises his lucky escape (and probably heads to a bar).
